Every six months, a transnational project meeting is held that is be attended by all project partners to discuss the progress of the project. The agenda of the meetings depends on the specific phase of the project, but there was a kick off meeting at the beginning of the project period, and there will be a final meeting at the end of the project period.

Six transnational project meetings are be hosted during the project’s life-time (including the kick-off meeting at the start of the project and the evaluation meeting at the end.) It is an iterative and constructive process: project outcomes depend on the results of several activities and based on mutual involvement and knowledge exchange. Should any conflict or unforeseen situations arise during the project which cannot be resolved through video conferencing, the transnational meetings also serve as a conflict resolving forum. The transnational meetings are hosted alternatingly in one of the participating countries. To discuss, clarify and to further define the objectives and topics, a kick-off meeting was be organised in Luxembourg. The evaluation meeting, combined with the multiplier event in Rotterdam, will be used to closure this project and to discuss further joint ventures, building on the outcomes of this project.
